Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Although not guaranteed at this time, we often ship out orders same day, if placed before 2PM PST.
We offer USPS:
- First Class (1–3 business days depending on location)
- Priority Mail (1–3 business days depending on location)
- Priority Mail Express (Overnight to most destinations)
We ship worldwide and offer USPS:
- First Class International (delivery times vary depending on destination)
- Priority Mail International (delivery in 6–10 business days)
- Priority Mail Express International (delivery in 3–5 business days)
Please Note: estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Packages Do Not Ship on the Following Holidays:
- New Year's Day
- 4th of July
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Labor Day
- President's Day

Rest assured, Keys Apparel is concerned with your satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we want to know about it. You have 30 days from the date of shipment to initiate an exchange or return. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help you. Please take special care to measure your dog's neck and review our sizing info before purchasing. This usually prevents 99% of exchanges.
ExchangesIf you are not satisfied with any item, we will be happy to exchange it for the same or similar item. As you know, our products are handmade overseas by rescued and at-risk human trafficking victims which gives each unit its own unique character. With that being said, we cannot guarantee an exchanged unit will be perfectly identical. We also can’t guarantee the exact product line will be in stock and available for exchange. Depending on our inventory, we will do our very best to find an item that you will be satisfied with. Email us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help you.
RefundsIn the case that a suitable exchange can’t be made, we will gladly refund your purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment upon receipt of returned product. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help you.

There is a minimal charge for reshipping on customer errors in ordering; $4 for 1 or more items. Your refund/exchange will be processed as soon as possible. We truly hope you are satisfied with our products. Thank you for choosing Keys Apparel!
