EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with any item, we will be happy to exchange it for the same or similar item. As you know, our products are handmade overseas by rescued and at-risk human trafficking victims which gives each unit its own unique character. With that being said, we cannot guarantee an exchanged unit will be perfectly identical. We also can’t guarantee the exact product line will be in stock and available for exchange. Depending on our inventory, we will do our very best to find an item that you will be satisfied with.
